Each job advertisement shall be posted on our website for a period of ONE month from the job posting start date.

1. Companies will be solely responsible for the contents and materials contained in their advertisement.

2. HKICON reserves the right to change the Service Fee or revise charges or fees, as it deems appropriate.

3. In the event that any company should fail to pay the Service Fee or any other fees or charges due to HKICON, HKICON reserves the right to suspend or terminate the companies’ advertisement.

4. All users will not use the HKICON website in order to transmit, distribute or store material in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, or in any manner that will infringe the copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets or other intellectual property rights of others or violate the privacy or publicity or other personal rights of others, or that is libelous, obscene, threatening, abusive or hateful.

a. Send us the filled and signed Job Opening Submission Form and provide the job vacancies information.

b. Once received the email confirmation from institute,  settle the payment as soon as possible. Payment should be settled within 2 weeks upon receiving the invoice by email. Invoice will be issued upon request only.

c. The advertisement submitted shall be activated within 3 working days from the date of payment settled.

d. Payment receipt will be emailed to you upon successful receipt of the payment.

e. A job  description of vacant position shall be provided in jpg or pdf format by your side. A sample of Job Listing is provided below for your reference​

The following service fees are charged for each vacant position posted as a job advertisement on HKICON website for ONE month:

a. HKICON Corporate Member:  Free of charge (Five advertisments maximum per month)

​

b. Professional Member: HK$250 per vacant position

​

c. Non-HKICON Member: HK$480 per vacant position
